Pastors need pastors. And pastors need each other. Each year, Pastor Mark and NCC leadership lead a one year cohort for lead pastors dreaming and leading innovative initiatives. The Cohort offers a network of collaborative and like-hearted leaders and provides practical tools for taking your leadership to the next level.
Planting and growing a church is an adventure with challenges and victories unlike any other. If you are a church planter in your first few years of launching and looking to get over your church’s next hurdle in this journey, join other like-minded pastors and church leaders taking the bold step into church planting.
Our Dream Collective network is made up of churches launched by National Community Church as well as other partner churches who are closely connected to us relationally and through ongoing investment. We are proud to collaborate in supporting pastors alongside our Dream Collective Network.

Church Planter in Residence

The Dream Collective: National Community Church is committed to planting innovative, missional, and disciple-making churches. We recognize that pastors need pastors, and we want to give a blessing and a birthright to new church planters.

The Church Planter in Residence Programs provides a 12-18 month discipleship and leadership development process for those who are preparing to plant and desire intentional coaching and immersive experience.
