Missional Business Testimonial

Caroline’s Path to Purpose

Caroline Johnston grew up in the midst of conflict, but in her mother’s kitchen, she found healing. Now, through Green Island Bakery and its partnership with The Dream Collective, she offers that same refuge to trauma survivors by creating a space where baking becomes a path to renewal.

What started as a small pop-up has grown into a thriving business, but Caroline knows the real success is in the lives transformed. Her journey is a testament to the unseen power of small beginnings, because you never know how the seeds you plant today will change the world tomorrow.

Spaces That Heal, Work That Matters

This brochure that invites you into the stories, strategies, and heart behind our missional businesses. Each venture featured here was birthed from a deep desire to build redemptive spaces — places where healing, creativity, purpose, and faith can thrive. These are not just businesses; they are sacred assignments, woven with intention and driven by the call to restore, renew, and reimagine what’s possible.
